When you find an honest service writer at a dealership what else could you ask for? Al Packer is about 30 miles from where we live vs six miles to the other dealership. When Steve moved to Al Packer my wife and I agreed following Steve was the best thing to do. We followed Steve from another Ford dealership in the Woodlawn area of Maryland.
